The WRPA Annual Conference follows an established rotation among Wyoming communities. This rotation continues cyclically unless modified by Board action.

Note: Specific petition procedures for joining the rotation are not currently detailed in the WRPA Manual of Procedures. Communities interested in hosting should contact the WRPA Board of Directors to discuss requirements and procedures.
Wyoming communities not currently in the rotation may request to be added, subject to Board evaluation and membership approval as outlined in the Conference Rotation Policy above.
Communities wishing to host must demonstrate ability to meet the Annual Conference Site Selection Guidelines listed above and provide adequate local coordination support.

The WRPA Spring Workshop is typically held in Casper as a central location for statewide accessibility. However, smaller Wyoming communities are encouraged to petition to host this one-day event.
The Spring Workshop provides an excellent opportunity for smaller communities that may not have the capacity to host the larger Annual Conference. Communities interested in hosting should:
